Explanation
TEOM answers the question "how does trust work actually run?" Each pillar is a discipline with owners, tooling, and evidence outputs, and together they form a closed loop rather than a linear sequence.
Build and Validate produce evidence; Observe surfaces state; Govern enforces; Improve closes the loop. The loop is what makes trust continuous rather than periodic.
Beneath all five pillars sits Stewardship: the human accountability, judgment, and ownership that decide who is responsible and what to do when the system alone is not enough.
