What partners can rely on

Effective 2026

Platform availability

These commitments apply to Partner Workspace subscriptions. They describe the infrastructure partners build their practice on — not an audit or assurance opinion, which only an independent auditor can issue.

Engagement delivery

Each compliance engagement is scoped in a Statement of Work with explicit deliverables, timelines, and review cadence. Typical patterns: initial assessment deployed within 7 days; readiness sprints of 6–10 weeks; weekly status every Friday. Missed commitments are raised with the engagement lead, not buried.

Incident response

Critical incidents are acknowledged within 2 hours and worked until resolved. Status is communicated to affected partners directly. Post-incident reviews are shared where confidentiality permits.

Common questions

Is this a legally binding SLA?

The platform availability and support commitments below apply to Partner Workspace subscriptions. Engagement delivery standards are defined per Statement of Work. Nothing here constitutes an audit or assurance opinion.

What uptime do partners get?

We target 99.9% monthly availability for the Partner Workspace, measured excluding planned maintenance, which is announced in advance.

How fast is support?

Founding and paid partners have a named channel with response targets by severity. General inquiries are answered within two business days.

What happens if an Evidence Package is unavailable?

Package availability is covered by the same availability target as the workspace. Degraded access to historical evidence is treated as a high-severity incident.
